At EzyBay Trading (ezybay.com.my), we aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Innerwear, socks, and personal hygiene products
Clearance or promotional sale items
Gift cards and digital products
Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
Contact our customer support team with your order number, product photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and address.
Send the product back according to the given instructions.
4. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to change of mind or size issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
